# Battle Rounds

The objective of the Golden Battle is to have a single winner, so 4 elimination rounds have been established as follows:

* Maximum number of players: All slots.
* Maximum time: 10 minutes.
* Speed up: when 10% of the players qualify, a 3 minutes timer is activated.
* Maximum number of qualified players for the next round: 30% of the players.

#### Round 2

* Type of scenario: Race
* Maximum number of players: 30% who qualified from round 1.
* Maximum time: 10 minutes.
* Speed up: when 10 players qualify, a 3 minute timer is activated.
* Maximum number of qualified players for the next round: 20 players.

#### Round 3

* Scenario type: Showdown
* Maximum number of players: 20 players.
* Maximum time: 3 minutes approx.
* Quickener: unnecessary.
* Maximum number of qualifiers for the next round: 2 players.

Therefore, the Daily Golden Battle will last a maximum of 26 minutes. As players skills improve, we understand that this time will be reduced considerably. Each round will have a pool of scenarios from which we will randomly choose which one to compete in.

These scenarios may be themed on specific dates and will have the option of being sponsored through billboards within the scenario itself. So if you have a brand and you want to promote it in a place with tons of users, just reach us on Twitter (@homie\_wars)

Some points to keep in mind:

* Make sure you have a good internet connection, connection problems can have a direct impact on your performance in the Golden Battle.
* A tie between two players is very unlikely in Homie Wars as our servers work in microseconds, but in the event of a tie, the prize will be split between both players.
* If only one player qualifies in any of the rounds prior to the Golden Finale, he/she will be the winner of the Golden Battle of the day for all purposes.
* If for any reason (cheating, general server crash, lack of players, etc.) the race is declared void, the prize will ALWAYS be accumulated for the next Golden Battle.
